Each event we design balances practical planning — venue, timing, staffing, flow — with intuitive elements such as atmosphere, energetic alignment, and sensory details. This ensures a smooth experience that also feels meaningful and resonant for hosts and guests.
Cancellation Policy:
Travel stipends are non-refundable.
Any cancellation or reschedule made less than the 48 hour time period will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to the amount of your initial deposit.
Guests who cancel or reschedule two times consecutively, will be required to provide (non-refundable) prepayment prior to their next event booking. If there is a third cancellation, the amount of service is non-refundable.
If you are more than 30 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
